To enable:

Log into Client Portal.
From the menu, select Settings and then Account Settings.
In the configuration panel on the right-hand side of the page, click the configuration icon to enable Model Portfolios and then the Model Marketplace.

Once enabled, you can use these features in Desktop TWS version 979 or later.
